yg3x has the best wear resistance in tungsten-cobalt titanium alloy, but has poor impact toughness. It is suitable for high speed finishing of cast non-ferrous metals and their alloys, broken fire steel and alloy steel small sections.
YG6 has higher wear resistance but lower than YG3, and better impact and vibration resistance than YG3X.Suitable for semi-finishing and finishing of cast iron, non-ferrous metals and alloys, non-metallic materials with medium cutting speed.
YG8 has high strength, impact resistance and better shock resistance than YG6, but low wear resistance and allowable cutting speed.Suitable for low speed rough machining of cast iron, non-ferrous metal and alloy.
YD201 is suitable for semi-finishing and rough machining of cast iron and light alloy, and can also be used for milling of cast iron and low alloy steel.
YW1 red hardness is good, can withstand a certain impact load, is a good general alloy suitable for heat resistant steel, high manganese steel stainless steel and other refractory steel processing, also suitable for ordinary steel and cast iron processing.
