The function of the V-shaped gear ring pressing plate is:

In order to ensure the shear quality of stamping parts, reduce power consumption and increase the service life of the mold, the blank holder force must be calculated and set correctly. If the blank holder force is too small, the hydrostatic stress of the material in the deformation zone is low, which is not conducive to cracking. Tearing occurs on the shear surface, which affects the quality of the shear surface.
If the blank holder force is too large, excessive power consumption will be generated, the mold structure will be complicated, and the service life of the mold will be reduced. Therefore, in the actual process, the blank holder force must be adjusted.
